المستشارة د.مروى عبدالرازق خميس مستور الهواري، امرأة ليبية ، مدير عام شركة الفلك للنقل والخدمات اللوجستية المعنية بصفة خاصة بالصرافة والحوالات ( نقل الأموال والمقتنيات الثمينة )، والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية بجميع أنواعها بشكل عامة هي أيضا مؤسس ورئيس حزب الدفاع الليبي، مهتمة بأمن واستقرار العالم (الملف العسكري والأمني)، وهي مستشارة في القطاع العسكري والأمني وبالتحديد في التخطيط و(تقويم) الأداء. عاشقة للرياضيات والإحصاء وبحوث العمليات، ولا تحبذ العمل مع نشطاء المجتمع المدني لأنها لا تمتلك في شخصيتها نوع المرونة المناسب لوسطهم الاجتماعي.
تتقن د مروى بفضل الله القيادة التحويلية، وترى ان الاستقرار الأمني للعالم يتحقق من خلال دولة ليبيا لذلك تنصح قادة العالم ان يهتموا باستقرار دولة ليبيا، ووحدة شعبها واراضيها، وعدم تغيير ديمغرافيتها، ولا رفع تعدادها السكاني بالتوطين، لأن ليبيا دولة حدودية فاصلة بين مثاني متعددة في نفس رقعتها الجغرافية. لذلك من الأفضل للعالم ان تبقى ليبيا محدودة السكان بعدد سكانها الطبيعي الصغير على المساحة الجغرافية الكبيرة لنكون أقدر أمنياً على امتصاص حركة الصراعات العالمية وتغيراتها الجغرافية المحيطة بمرونة وواقعية.
ومن أمثلة المثاني التي تحدهما ليبيا: مثنى الدين فلم تكن ليبيا مهد لتنزيل الأديان ولا مركز للصراعات الدينية ولكنها جغرافيا بينهما. ولم تكن ليبيا مركز حضاري بارز ولا مركز لصراع الحضارات ولكنها جغرافياً بينهما ولم تكن ليبيا مركز للإنتاج العلمي والمعرفي للعالم ولا مركز لصراع الدول على المعارف والعلوم ولكنها تقع بينهما ولم تكن ليبيا دولة صناعية ولا دولة منافسة على الصناعة ولم تكن بينهما.
ولم تكن ليبيا دولة انتاج للتقنية والتكنولوجيا ولا تمثل أي قيمة تنافسية لها ولكنها كانت ومازالت ليبيا دولة حدودية تتميز بإطلالتها الجغرافية على عالمين من التقدم والفقر من المواد الخام والسوق ما يجعلها عبر العصور ومازالت دولة عبور شرعي وعبور غير مشروع. كما كانت ومازالت تتميز ليبيا بمثنى اخر غير تقليدي هو مساحة جغرافية كبيرة جدا وتعداد سكاني صغير جدا يجعلها فريدة وغير مألوفة بين عظماء التخطيط ومازالت مثاني ليبيا لم تنتهي واقطابها المتناقضة لم تنتهي بينما ليبيا في ذاتها لا تساوي قيمة بينهم ولا تنتج أثر، ما يجعلها تتميز بما تطلق عليه د مروى (مركز انعدام الأثر الأمني) أو (مركز انعدام الجاذبية للانحراف الأمني) لأي اتجاه ولا بأي مقدار يذكر. أي ان ليبيا في ذاتها ذات أثر أمني صفري فهي لا تستنهض أي صراعات ولا تثير حساسات أي تحركات أمنية في ذاتها، للعالم. ان ليبيا في ذاتها لا تمثل أي قلق دولي ولكن تستنهض القلق الدولي من استغلال دول لها، لهذا ترى د مروى ان هذه القيمة (صفر) التي تتميز بها ليبيا والتي قد تجعل الكثيرون من قادة العالم ينظرون لها نظرة لا مبالاة، كانت ومازالت لمن يحسنون فهم وتوظيف القيمة صفر ويعلمون ان (0) للمستبصرين اذا حسن التعامل معها تحقق الأستقرار العالمي واذا ارتقى بها المتبصرين فتحت لهم بوابات غير معرفة واذا وجهوا لها أهل البصيرة جهودهم حققوا بها (∞) المالانهاية العجيبة. ليبيا المركز الحدودي للمتناقضات وهي دولة فريدة لمن يجيد التخطيط لإدارة السلام والأمن الدوليين. وهذا هو هدف د مروى الهواري الطامحة إلى منصب وزير الدفاع الليبي بمشروع فلك نوح الاخرة ان شاء الله.

Adel Darwish

Adel Darwish, is a British author, historian, political commentator and a veteran journalist, parliamentarian reporter & commentator based at the Press Gallery in the Palace of Westminster. Darwish has authored five books. 

Darwish has worked for most Fleet Street Papers as a foreign correspondent covering Africa and the Middle East since the Six-day war in 1967 through to the late 1980s. He knew and had meetings with most leaders of the region.

Although Darwish is on record for opposing giving journalists awards for doing their job, the Next Century Foundation for Peace awarded him, in 2008, the Cutting Edge Prize “for outstanding new ideas and contributions to peace and understanding via Journalism”. In 2017 he accepted the Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Media Council” for his outstanding work as a journalist, covering many of the major political events of the last half a century and becoming a mentor for many aspiring young journalists.

As a playwright and dramatist, Darwish has been involved in British theatre, with some of his plays performed at the Edinburgh Festival and at the Young Vic and several Fringe theatres in London during the 1970s. Most of his plays were adaptations of poems and short stories from Africa, especially from Egypt. A writer, broadcaster and commentator, Darwish continues to contribute, mostly live, to major national and international networks on a variety of subjects. His expertise on international affairs covers conflict, conflict resolution, water politics, the Middle East and Africa.

Dr. Loubna El Joud

Dr. Loubna El Joud, born in Marrakech, is a professor of Language and Communication at Cadi Ayyad University. She holds a PhD in French Literature, specializing in Maghrebi literature. Her academic and civic engagement focuses on intercultural dialogue, Jewish identity, and the values of coexistence and tolerance. She is a committed feminist activist and currently serves as the General Coordinator of the National Coalition of Civil Society Associations.

Dr. El Joud is also the founder and president of the NSAT Association (Nous Sommes Avec Toi) and the Independent League of Moroccan Professors Association.

Nisreen Shahin

Ms. Shahin is currently the CEO of Makers-Tech4Good, a Palestinian non-profit organization located in Ramallah, which aims to create and disseminate affordable solutions to neglected challenges faced by people with disabilities. She has over 15 years of experience in executive management positions across both the private and non-profit sectors.

She previously served as the Executive Director of the Palestinian chapter of the US-based Peace Works Foundation, the Executive Director of the Rawabi Foundation, and the Managing Director of The Portland Trust.

Ms. Shahin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from BirZeit University.

She is a World Economic Forum Global Leader of Tomorrow and was awarded the King Hussein International Humanitarian Leadership Prize for civic leadership by President Clinton and Queen Noor in 2007.

Hamad Othman

Hamad Othman is a Sudanese climate activist, peace and sustainability advocate.
Hamad is The ONE Campaign Champion, Doha Debates Ambassador, World Ocean Day Youth Advisory Council Member, Students for Liberty Local Coordinator, and Chatham House’s Common Future Conversations Member.
Hamad is a recent graduate from Cario university, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Public Administration.
Hamad is an alum of Youth Voices Program (supported by The British Council in Egypt), Young Environmental Leaders Program (Supported by Friedrich Ebert Stiftung), Dialogue on Human Fraternity Document Program (Supported by Mediterranean Youth Foundation), The Arab Camp for Innovative and Talented Youth (supported by ALECSO), Youth Impact Studio initiative (supported by PepsiCo Foundation). Hamad is the winner of AYGVN Award in 2023 for founding “Arab Artists for Climate Change Initiative.”
His work focuses on youth participation, community engagement, communication, faith-based advocacy on environmental and climate issues.

Zaki Nuseibeh

Zaki Nuseibeh is the CEO for the Middle East for the Aquila Group, a Germany
headquartered sustainability focused investment firm committed to avoiding 1.5 billion
tonnes of CO2e across its portfolio’s lifetime by 2035.
Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at 8F Asset Management and was a Special
Advisor to Aquila Capital. Prior to moving to Abu Dhabi, he co-founded London based
Aeon Investments, a credit-focused investment company. He started his banking career
in 2006 and held a number of leadership roles in many institutions since.
Zaki is also a sport enthusiast and was Vice Chairman of Oxford United Football Club
for a number of years. He sat on the club’s charity board until 2022 and continues to
support several other charities including Football for Peace.
Born and raised in Jerusalem, Zaki completed his education in the UK, obtaining a
BEng degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London,
and a PGDip in Financial Strategy from Oxford University.

Dr. Suleiman Halasah

Until 2024, Dr Suleiman Halasah was a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for Science, Innovation and Society at the University of Oxford, his work iocusing on the regional resources management in the Middle East, specifically water and energy. He also served as a Research Associate at the Centre for International Studies at Oxford University. Suleiman is Co-directing the Jordan-Israel Center for Community, Environment, and Research (JICCER) at the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies. Dr. Halasah was part of the founding group behind the Arava Power Company, a leading solar energy company operating in Israel and other countries.

Dr Halasah holds a PhD and a Master of Science in Desert Studies from Ben-Gurion University in the Negev, Israel; and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Jordan in Amman.

With a remarkable tenure spanning over two decades, Yana Abu Taleb has consistently catalyzed
positive change and fostered unprecedented collaborations to achieve environmental sustainability and
regional stability. As the Jordanian Director, she leads activities and holds responsibilities that encompass
the development and management of national and regional projects. She serves as a crucial liaison,
advocating for environmental protection and transboundary water issues while engaging with
governmental and private sector figures and organizations.
Yana Abu Taleb’s commitment to environmental protection and peacebuilding has been evident
throughout her career. Since joining EcoPeace Middle East in 2000, she has held various positions,
including Deputy Director and Regional Projects Manager.
Recognized as an influential voice in her field, Yana Abu Taleb is a frequent speaker at international
conferences, sharing her expertise and insights on environmental preservation and peacebuilding. Her
contributions have been widely acknowledged, and she has been featured in numerous esteemed
publications.
Her efforts to promote sustainable development and foster cooperation through education in the region
make her a role model for young individuals aspiring to create a positive impact in the world.

Dr. Lhoussaine Bouchaou

Dr Lhoussaine Bouchaou completed his PhD at the age of 27 years from University of Franche-Comté (France) and Doctorate of state from University of Cadi Ayyad (Morocco) in 1995. He is senior professor at Ibn Zohr University of Agadir (Morocco) since 1995. His research is focusing mainly on water resources management and climate change with focus on “contribution of Chemical and isotopic tracers for water resources management in semi-arid areas, salinity of water and soil, karst hydrology, environment, climate change and its impact on natural resources in arid zones”. He is Leader of several national and international research contracts (EU, IAEA, UNESCO, NATO, EU, CNRS, CNRST, IRD, ABH, ACADEMIE Hassan II, OCP.) since the 1990s and supervised more than 30 PhD students. He has published more than 100 papers in reputed journals, serving as reviewer member of repute journal and international expert in water resources topic. He was former president of the Moroccan chapter of International Association of Hydrogeologists (IAH) 2003-2016. Affiliated professor to International Water Research Institute (IWRI) of private University Mohamed 6 Polytechnic (UM6P), Benguérir (Morocco) since July 2019.

Naglaa Ahmed
