Manel Msalmi is a researcher in Environmental humanities and American studies as well as international politics. She is a blogger on MENA issues at Europablog.She collaborated as an expert on climate change, Arab Spring and gender equality with the European Commission and the European Parliament. She worked as a translator for Human Rights Organizations in Brussels and participated in many projects involving young people in the fight against extremism in Brussels by collaborating on educational projects with France to fight against radicalism and antisemitism.She is a project partner at UNESCO on environmental issues and the fight against climate change since 2019. She is also an advisor to parliamentarians at the European Parliament (Epp)on MENA issues, gender equality and the fight against radical Islam since February 2019.

She has been an active member in the Liberal party in Belgium since 2010 and a candidate in regional elections in Brussels in May 2019.She participated in an EU delegation to Israel in October 2019 together with young European leaders engaged in peace and dialogue in the Middle East and in the fight against Antisemitism and hate speech in Europe. She was also a member of a female delegation to the US congress in July 2022 to promote female leadership in the Middle East and particularly Yemen and the fight against extremism.

She specializes in International Relations at Ceris ULB diplomatic school with extensive research on the Middle East and Iran since 2020.She holds an MA in international politics and she is the author of the book << The Iranian project in the Middle East>>. In 2021 , she was elected as the president of the Liberal women section in Brussels-city and she is the President and Founder of the European Association for the Defense of Minorities.

Mr. Mustapha Ezzarghani is the founder and president of the Moroccan-Israeli Friendship Association (MIFA), an American organization that promotes the fostering of ties between the Kingdom of Morocco and the state of Israel. Since MIFA’s establishment in 2020, Ezzarghani has led multiple initiatives to strengthen economic and educational ties between the two countries at the grassroots level. These have included: hosting Israeli businesspeople in Morocco and facilitating meetings between them and the Moroccan government and leaders in the private sector, particularly in the fields of industry and agriculture; organizing and facilitating meetings with Israeli businesspeople to outline investment opportunities in Morocco; setting up meetings between the Shalom Hartman Institute and the Moroccan Ministry of Higher Education to create a Muslim Leaders Initiative (MLI) within Morocco; and working with the Ministry of Education in the region of Marrkech Asfi to create coexistence clubs in Moroccan public middle and high schools to teach students about the rich culture of Judaism in Morocco. Ezzarghani was born in Marrakech and worked in local politics until his early 20s. In 2013, Ezzarghani co-organized the country’s first interfaith dialogue conference in partnership with the United States Peace Corps and the United States Embassy. Ghanem Nuseibeh is a London based businessman and founder of Cornerstone Global Associates, London based strategy and management consultancy. He is chairman of UK-based charity Muslims Against Antisemitism.

He belongs to Jerusalem’s oldest Muslim family. Ghanem is a keen and active supporter of interfaith dialogue both in Britain and in the Middle East. As a student, he headed a country-wide interfaith student group that aimed to bring together Jewish, Christian and Muslim students. In 2003, he became patron and is currently trustee of the British Friends of Neve Shalom Wahat Al Salam (NSWAS), a village in Israel that supports Arab-Jewish coexistence. In 2018, he was invited to become a patron of Faith Matters. After completing his schooling in Jerusalem and at London’s Dulwich College, Ghanem graduated from Imperial College London. He was a Senior Visiting Fellow at King’s College London and formerly Edmond J Safra Fellow at Harvard University’s Center for Ethics. Ghanem regularly writes and comments about Middle East related issues in global media. He has homes in London, Jerusalem and Dubai.
