With over 18 years of extensive international business experience and 13 years of specialized legal expertise, she has firmly positioned herself as a leading figure at the intersection of law, technology governance, strategic innovation, and responsible technological adoption. A distinguished valedictorian alumna of Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, Mrs. Loeb holds advanced master’s degrees in public international and European Law, as well as International Business Law. Her scholarly rigor and commitment to continuous learning provide a robust foundation for her impactful contributions to global legal frameworks and technological advancements. 

Mrs. Loeb’s professional journey includes senior advisory and partnership roles at prestigious international law firms before establishing Trabelsi Loeb Legal Consultants FZE in 2019. Her consultancy strategically addresses complex global regulatory issues, international compliance frameworks, technology transfer, dual-use management, and national security, particularly within space and emerging technologies. Recognizing significant global regulatory and ethical gaps in space sustainability and technology governance, Mrs. Loeb founded Vernewell Tech and Space in 2020, which evolved into Vernewell Management Consultancies by 2021. Under her dynamic leadership, Vernewell has become a globally recognized advisory leader in quantum technology, artificial intelligence, responsible space commercialization, and strategic technological innovation. Mrs. Loeb has spearheaded groundbreaking global initiatives such as the prestigious Quantum Innovation Summit and the influential QInnovision Consortium, significantly contributing to global quantum technology ecosystems and influencing international policymaking.
